Backflushing

Holly, I tried to follow your suggestions. The Hawaii Ironman t-shirt is poser wear. I did not earn that. A full ironman is on my bucket list but passing the CPNE is #1 on the bucket list right now.

INtro and 20 minute again

After a practicing this and reading a lot of post, Lisa S. (THANK YOU) I realized that making a grid is useless if you don't follow it! Funny thing is that you would think that nerves would cause me to lean on it more. The opposite turned out to be true. Currently using the whiteboard to reinforce Santa like behavior. Have your list and check it twice.
Remember, No style points are awarded in the CPNE but forgetting a Critical element will earn you a fail. Good luck in studies.

West Coast Tina's workshop

The classroom
Tina's class has a huge advantage over the traveling workshops. You couldn't possibly carry this much equipment. If you live in California it's a pretty easy decision which workshop to attend. The labs are designed to be exactly what you'll find at the CPNE. The disadvantage is that is you live on the wrong coast it will involve some traveling. The first time I went I expected the class to be filled with west coasters, I was surprised to find the class filled with students from around the county. The work ethic here is STRONG! Don't expect lunch till around 2pm and it's no problem to stay late and practice. Once back at the Hotel you can unwind with some homework. All depends on how much you want to put into it.

Parachute method of packing wound

I'm used to the ribbon method but this might be quicker and easier to do when the hands are shaking. If you have any tips or pointers or criticism please post a comment or send me email.

Thanks
